WHAT WE DO:
The LNDC is working to improve La Crosse neighborhoods by coordinating targeted neighborhood development projects,
assisting the growth of neighborhood businesses, and creating
a greater sense of place.

HOW WE DO IT:
We are a 501c3 nonprofit corporation that works with partners such as neighborhood associations, the City, the County, institutions, employers, developers, and other non-profits to assemble properties for redevelopment with a focus towards market-rate development. We encourage acceptance of more flexible zoning policies to meet the needs of our community now and into the future. We encourage the link
between development opportunities and public investment to
enhance our neighborhoods.
